UniteWomen.org is represented by two separate entities: (1) UniteWomen.org and (2) UniteWomen.org Action. While both entities work towards the same mission, they do so through different strategies.
UniteWomen.org is the national non-partisan 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization that works to end inequality for women that stems from prejudice and discrimination and works to advance the human and civil rights of women and girls. Donations to the organization are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law; such donations provide funding for UniteWomen’s public education activities nationwide.
UniteWomen.org Action is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit advocacy and lobbying organization for the cause. Contributions to UniteWomen.org Action are not tax deductible.
